Firestone Complete Auto Care

Jay and Gina are great representatives for Firestone. They are very knowledgeable of all the products and services offered by Firestone. I’ve purchased 12 tires in the last few months. The Bliztek snow tires were excellent. Great recommendation by the crew! Firestone is my “go to” place for all my car needs. Thank you Firestone, Jay and Gina.

Picture this … June 11th, 5:30 PM after having the car checked out and ready to leave the house on June 12th at 4 AM and the “Check Tire Light” comes on. Firestone closes at 7 PM, so we had to leave our Black Tie Event Early to get the tire checked out. A little bit of air and we were good to go. Destination Lockport, NY and Niagra On The Lake Canada. Half was up to Lockport, NY the “Check Tire Pressure” Light comes on again … and again … and again … and again. After putting air in tire and finally noticing a bubble on one of the sidewalls, we cut Saturday sort and headed to the Firestone in Niagra Falls, NY. When we walked in, the lovely Manager could read the obvious distress on our faces. Rising to the occasion, Gina Hautur greeted us with the cheeriest of smiles and warm hand shake. After listening to our long-winded tale of wows (yes, the drama queen version) Gina told us not to worry and that in just a couple of hours she’d have us back on the road. Gina was able to retrieve our 20+ year history with the Firestone Network, saw our brand loyalty and expedited our service to the top of the list. I’m thinking perhaps she may have also sensed the tension between us and immediately turned into the Firestone Social Worker. As Irish Luck would have it, there just so happened to be a Dairy Queen next door, so we decided to feed the beast and take our troubles next door. When we got back, Rob Cicero, shop manager had discovered that one of the tire pins needed to be replaced and was beyond repair. The closest one was miles away and we could hear Gina negotiating that she’d go meet the dealer half way because “these guys are from 500 miles away and need to get home”. Yes, she pulled out all of the stops for us. Needless to say, within the promised time, we were back on all four brand new tires and roadworthy for the return trip to Connecticut. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO GINA HAUTUR at the Niagra Falls, NY Firestone for making us feel welcome and keeping us safe and roadworthy for our 500 mile ride home. As Loyal Firestone Customers, it’s great to see that no matter where we travel, Firestone Complete Auto Care has our safety and wellbeing always as their priority.

I just started door dashing and I noticed my tire light was lit up and pressure was only at 20. I had no money yet and it was gonna cost 25.00.. so I told him I have no choice but to work on the low tire for a couple hours until I made the money and I would bring it back after. He absolutely did not want me driving on it so he just did it for me. I don’t think he realizes how much that helped me and saved me. I cannot thank him enough!!!!

I initially visited another service center for an oil change, but they were unable to complete it due to a reported issue. I then went to Firestone Complete Auto Care, where the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspected my vehicle. They found no issues and successfully completed the oil change. The team was professional, courteous, and attentive.

I called Saturday to ask if they do state inspections on Sundays the guy tells me yes so I said can schedule me tomorrow with an oil change. He gave me different option times and I chose 11am. Went in today Sunday and took 1.5hrs and all they did was the oil change. I said what about the inspection? She says we don’t do them on Sundays, I said then when I called and asked he yes and scheduled me? So I spent 1.5 hrs waiting on someone to finish an oil change? And no inspection. Didn’t even seek apologies about everything that just happened. Now I’m looking a different place will never go here again.
