Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had brand new tires installed. My tires were significantly over inflated. I didn't realize it until I drove off. My recommended psi is 32. Mr Tire inflated my tires all wrong. One tire read 42, another 46. I can't recall what the others were but I know they were in the 40's. I had to let air out the tires and inflate them properly using a pay tire compressor.

The call center spoofs the area code. So you are not talking to the shop. Careful. I had a alignment scheduled. Took day off. Only to find out the machine has been down for over a week. I also had 4 confirmation text I was coming. FOUR ! Even first thing in morning. Hey are you coming for the alignment appointment???? I get the call center didn't know. What I don't get is knowing your machine is down and not checking the work orders for the day. I took a day off work for no reason. NOW I NEED another off to schedule somewhere else. WTH? All because I thought I was talking to the actual shop and the actual shop doesn't bother the check if they have orders for a machine......that has been down for over a week. You know. The first thing I would do with every order that comes in. This is NOT one hand not talking to the other. This is not caring or bothering to make sure things exactly like this don't happen.

I want to thank the team at Mr. Lube for their great service and support. After my car had an issue, the manager and staff handled everything very professionally and made sure it was fixed properly. I really appreciate their honesty, quick response, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Special thanks to the manager for personally ensuring my car was back in perfect condition. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

I had a low pressure warning for a tire and headed straight to Mr. Tire. The staff at the shop were very courteous and took my car right away. There was a screw in the tire and they were able to patch it. Awesome service!! Thank you!

Very nice service, let me know what was needed and being done. Also what will be needed in the near future. Very helpful and informative. Definitely will be coming back.
