Two Guys Small Engine Repair

As others have said. It is a small business. It is in the side of a garage. I went here because it was a nearby "5 star" business with ego. He does not provide status updates. He does not track anything. He has no customer service skills. I waited over 6 weeks for a part that I could pick up at Amazon for 90 bucks, have it delivered to me in 2 days or less and completed the repair myself in maybe an hour. Did he complete the repair? Yes. Was it a pleasant experience? Not really.

This review is by Pam's husband Brian, not Pam. I really wish I could give a good review to a small business, but like so many others in recent months I can't. Greenworks referred me to Two Guys to do a warranty repair on an electric blower. Took the blower in the next day. A week later I called, was told nothing yet. Owner explained to me that "the don't pay anything for warranty repairs so he has to devote his time to larger machines with cash paying customers first." Okay, that made sense to me and I appreciated the honesty. Called again the next week, and the next, and then two weeks later. Same response each time. Well, six weeks later, I finally called and indicated I was coming to pick the unit back up for someone else to repair And this was a 30 minute drive each way for me. Ever seen the 1981 movie Neighbors with John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd? Well, it's not a bad movie. Watch it. And look for the tow truck driver played by Tim Kazurinsky. Tha'ts Two Guys to a T. Would never, never recommend this place. Go to Blazey's or anywhere else for that matter.

I had two guys small engine repair pick up my Sabre riding lawn mower over a month ago to supposedly fix the govener and all I heard was it was a piece of junk.and after several attempts to try and contact Brian told me it wasn't ready yet after over a month. And when she finally brought it back as soon as I got on it it was backfiring like crazy and the mower shut completely down twice and when i mowed one row the belt smoked like crazy so that was it for my mowing. So I reached out to two guys small engine repair and he said the carb was messed from that shop so his daughter came back and picked it one again had it for another week and brought it back worse than ever .. the mower shifter completely stopped working altogether , continued to back fire and now won't stay running at all to even mow one small row.. all Brial said was my mower was a piece of junk. And Brian refused to make it right with me. So now i have my mower here that is completely unuseable .. i had a good mower until two guys put there hands on it. I would never ever recommend these peple to anyone at any cost.

Took my lawnmower without a timeframe, 2 WEEKS later, says it's not worth fixing, instead of looking at what was inquired about! These guys have no problem taking delivery and diagnosis money without actually doing any work! Would never recommend!

Outstanding service, and reasonable prices! We have had our snowblower and riding lawn mower serviced with Two Guys Small Engine Repair. They fully explain the work needed, and cost. They offer pick-up and drop off as well. Highly recommend!
