We worked directly with the sales manager, Jack. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and we came to an agreement of a fair price. The communication was outstanding from the test drive all the way to the final Paperwork. There was one part that needed to be fixed, and while we took possession of the car, Right in the paperwork, it states that they will make this right once the new part comes in. We couldn’t be happier!

I told him what I wanted to spend and what I could afford for payment and he made it happen. With in 2 days he had everything ready for me. Best Buy prepared the Forester for delivery - all new fluids, new tires properly aligned, and new brakes. Can't beat that! Simply Amazing. I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend.
