Tradition Chevrolet GMC Service Department

I bought a beater that had been trashed for 5 yrs and never cleaned. I was expecting there’d still be stains after the cleaning and detailing, but I essentially came back to a brand new car! Clint is amazing. I’ll include some before/after shots. Great job!

Tradition Chevrolet GMC Service again keeps attaining their high bar of customer satisfaction with me! I was minutes away doing some shopping and decided to call them to make an appointment for my oil and filter change. When I called Ashley in Service she actually had an opening moments from right then. I seized the timing opportunity and of course Tradition Chevrolet did the oil and filter, rotated my truck tires AND washed it too!! Their waiting area and shop is clean. Their people are helpful and friendly. Truly a good business to frequent. I thank all for this opportunity to share my opinion on a neighbor business operating on such a high level of customer satisfaction. Mike

I went in for an oil change and left on a spare tire. They popped my tire, how I don't understand. It took days for then to replace my tire, I had to call them, they didn't call me to let me know my tire came in. They should have given me a loaner car instead of a spare tire. Since this is the third mistake on my vehicle, I will not be going back

Everything was fine, except for the DEF fluid was all over the compartment and had crystallized, and it was down the side of the truck ,splashed on the tires. someone who filled it wasn’t very careful and didn’t clean up their mess.

I was very happy with the service manager Ashley. She was very helpful and even got me a loaner to use while my truck was in for recalls. However I wasn’t pleased with the work performed. Back seat had to be removed and while doing that the techs popped out the vent pockets on the cab of the truck. They made a horrible noise while opening and closing the doors. (Not sure how they didn’t notice) Good thing I work in a collision shop and resolved the problem on my own so it didn’t inconvenience me going back to the dealer. I shouldn’t have to fix my vehicle after they “fixed” it
