Tire Rack

Not this location. But, bought tires less than 2 years ago. The belt broke in the front two tires. Tried to make a claim. Went and bought new tires, had a shop put them on, had pictures of the messed up tires, the shops paperwork. Yet, my claim got denied.... thanks! Now, I'm out $400. Never again.

Just received my tires today. I am happy with them. Tire rack kept me updated when they were processed, shipped and delivered. I will definitely order again.

I brought my car in for an inspection. Not only was it done before my actual appointment, but they also fixed my emergency brake without even mentioning it or charging for it. Not only is their service excellent, but they are trustworthy as well. A big thanks to the staff there.

I've been going here for 30 years. Realized I'd never left a review - there's a reason I will never take my car anywhere else (unless they tell me to) Matt is the definition of the honest mechanic, he and Jarod will absolutely tell you if your car doesn't need work. If it does, they don't rip you off by charging you for things you don't need or doing things to your car that aren't necessary. I've sent many people their way. Today I brought one of my moms (I keep getting adopted) in because her car was making a funny noise. Jarod determined that it wasn't a safety issue and that it doesn't need parts until it gets much worse. My mom was very impressed :)

The guys are always very courteous. They listen when you have questions. They ALWAYS make it easy to drop off my car. I've been going to Tire Rack for 35+ years now. I recommend you go see Matt and his team. You'll be very happy you did!
