Unpleasant experience!! I was not even the actual paying customer, I was helping a friend of mine. She needed to have her son's vehicle towed from Newark back to her house in lyons. Long story short, the car was initially towed from where it broke down to an (unknown) location, by Seasonal. When she went down to pay the bill and retrieve the car she was told that they didn't have any record of towing that vehicle and no idea where the car was located! A few days later, after finally locating the car, she called a different local tow service to tow it back to her home. At that point, she was told that there was an outstanding tow bill at Seasonal that must be paid before she could have it towed back home! ?? (Honestly felt like discrimination!! ) Perhaps it was a mistake, an oversight as they claimed, but then after she paid the separate bill at seasonal we were given an address to the cars location, but the tow truck driver still could not find the vehicle! He asked us to call seasonal and ask them where it was on that property. I called for her, and spoke to a very rude and impatient employee who refused to disclose any information other then the address of the property! I guess maybe because we were two women (?) we had such a terrible experience!!
