Carls Custom Car Care Center

This place did a lousy krown spraying job on my truck. I started coming here last year, when the other location i have used for 8 years stopped doing krown. Last year, carls had to re-spray my truck, because i noticed most of the frame, shocks etc had no product on them. This year, i tried again, and the job was even worse. I know what to look for, as i have been doing this for many years. Usually my truck drips krown for 24 hours, smokes a bit(krown burning off), My gas filler door inside is wet with krown, all door hinges are wet, shocks are wet, all of the frame, battery terminals, door hinges etc. Upon my inspection, all of this was dry. I tried calling and leaving a message, and this place isnt calling back, so i called krown corporate. I had another shop re-spray my truck, and they confirmed that carls did a bad job and most components were dry and had no krown on them. I left a voicemail. If I get a phone call back and a refund, I will remove this review and let krown corporate know that the situation was handled. ****Edit: they respond and say i "helped myself" to a can of krown, making it sound like i stole it, when i asked the guy at the desk if i could have a can of it, which he then grabbed and handed to me, and i asked for a can of it because the original shop i used always sent me home with a can of krown. The other customer in the waiting room then also asked for a can, and the worker went and got her a can of krown as well. Very unprofessional conduct here. Luckily krown corporate is professional, and this one business is not at all a reflection of the krown brand. Another shop re-sprayed my vehicle, and their tech told me Carls did a poor job. 24 hours after the other shop re-sprayed my truck, my truck is still dripping krown onto the pavement below, and all of the components expected to be wet with krown that i have learned to check after nearly a decade of doing krown are now wet with krown (they were all dry after carls). This conflicts with carls' response about how my truck would appear dry due to buildup absorbing it. Also, there is no "buildup" to absorb the product on the battery terminals, door hinges, and inside of the gas filler door. They were all dry after your "treatment", and they are now soaked with krown after another shop sprayed it, as pictured.

I called Carls, to set up an appointment for detailing- the call center took my information and Evan returned my call, they where able to get me in promptly my car literally looks like it just came off the showroom floor, I was so pleased I scheduled my next appointment already to have my windows tinted and my husband truck done! Evan was so wonderful to talk to their prices are very affordable especially for the job done! Highly recommend!

Very friendly people.. Did a fantastic job under coating the new to us jeep wrangler. I was also impressed with the cost. Going back next year.

Evan does a thorough job on my truck when applying the undercoating, I'm on my 2nd year and will be returning for my 3rd. Recently, I had him detail my wife's vehicle and despite my inconsistent schedule, Evan was more than gracious to work with it and was incredibly patient. He did a fantastic job on her car and it was great to surprise her with a fresh clean car for her to enjoy.

I had an appointment with Carl's Custom Car Care @10am to get Krown rust protection. The staff was very friendly and asked if I had any questions about the service. All my questions were answered and told me what to expect. My car was completed in just over a half an hour and they also cleaned off my car, I highly recommend Carl's.
