Auto Cosmetics of Voorheesville

I have never left a review on anything in my life but this shop is more than deserving of five stars. While out in Colorado I went into a ditch where the side of my truck found a tree to grind against as I went off. All of the shops out west couldn't get me in for at least a few months. I got in contact with Kyle and he was able to get me in the same week I was coming home for the holidays. He made the entire process seamless and explained every aspect from working with my insurance to the repair timeline. Great communication the entire time and got my truck looking brand new in a few weeks. If you're looking for a repair shop, this is the place to go. They took so much stress out of the entire process and did a phenomenal job. Kyle is the man and a huge thank you to the entire teem at Auto Cosmetics you guys rock.

Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job on my auto repairs. They handled my claim from start to finish and even arranged my rental car. Everything went very smoothly and the work is top notch! I can’t recommend enough!!!

Our insurance company recommended us to Auto Cosmetics and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service. From customer service to the quality of work that was done, we had a wonderful experience with Jeff. Our car was fixed within a week when we thought it was going to be well over a month. Jeff was extremely communicative from the moment our car arrived at his shop with texts and calls and even photos of updates on a daily basis. He was super transparent with us and very trustworthy. We were also shocked he was able to get the parts to our car in as soon as he did, considering the make and model. The car looked brand new when we got it back. He even had his team clean inside and outside the vehicle. He is definitely going to be the only shop I go to moving forward for anything when it comes to my vehicle.

I recently had to have my rear bumper replaced because a deer ran into the back of my car. I took it to caliber in Albany as that is who my insurance directed me to see. They provided an estimate and told me that they would need 2-3 weeks to repair the damage. I took my vehicle to Auto Cosmetics of Voorheesville upon a recommendation. WOW! to say I am pleased is an understatement. Their estimate was less than caliber and more importantly to me, the repair only took 3 days! The staff running the place is very friendly, I even got along well with their "Attack" French Bulldog I was even more impressed after getting into my repaired vehicle on how clean the interior was. I think they detailed it. I cannot recommend Auto Cosmetics enough. I hope no one needs to have body work done on their vehicle, but if you do, definitely take the drive to Voorheesville and have the guys at Auto Cosmetics take a look

I got my car fixed here after an accident. Jeff was amazing to work with. Very understanding to our situation, friendly, and overall a pleasure. My car looks brand new. Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done!!
