I had my car serviced elsewhere in a pinch and was very skeptical and not happy with the outcome. I took it to Carl’s and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately and fix it for me! I am so appreciative of their expertise. 10/10 every time!!!

They’re so attentive and kind, even when things happen on short notice, and they charge really reasonable prices. As a young woman, I get nervous about scheduling services because I worry that I’ll get ripped off or judged, but I never feel that nervousness here! If you’re in the area I definitely recommend coming here for service.

My husband and I have been having our cars repaired at Carl’s auto in Voorheesville since they’ve opened. Extremely professional and courteous and I also like the videos that they send showing what Repairs need to be dealt with. I highly recommend them.
