I scheduled an oil change appt for 8/29/25 through the app, four days in advance. I dropped my key off at 5:30, which was the appt time. I wandered around the store until 6:20, and had no text/call/app update letting me know it was done so I went back to ask. The man at the desk said "oh, you're the one I needed to talk to. We can't do your oil change we don't have your filter. Sorry about that." A whole hour and they can't reach out via any of the three forms of communication they have at their disposal? They know I'm in the store. Plus if you book 4 days ahead, they know what your car is, why not update the app ahead of time to tell you they don't have the filter in stock or tell you when you arrive at minimum? The absolute worst experience I've ever had there, and now the app wants me to reschedule. I'll be going to quick change from now on, thanks for absolutely nothing.

I needed a tire change due to a flat as well as new lug nuts on one tire. The employee who helped me gave me an attitude and would not replace the lug nuts. In edition, the put was on tire on incorrectly (pictured). two lug nuts were put on so loose I could easily turn it with my hand. One wrong bump and I would've been in an accident. I also saw an employee smoking in and around my car while they were working on it. Terrible service, terribly lazy and disrespectful.

View on GoogleWent yesterday morning for oil change. Took me right in. My car was making a noise which the two mechanics also heard. Here's my problem. They say in writing they check and top off fluids. Well on my way home my car broke down. Triple a mechanic knew instantly it was my serpentine belt and couldn't believe auto mechanics couldn't either see or identify the sound. Very disappointing these kids working there are so young and basically no knowledge of simple auto care . Do better Walmart! Not your fault my belt broke BUT if they knew about cars would have diagnosed it right then and there and fixed it in about twenty minutes! Bye
View on GoogleI made an appointment at the New Hartford Walmart to have my car battery changed, When I arrived with my car, I was informed they didn't have the battery. I made the appointment on Friday for Sunday at 5:30. I don't understand how they didn't make sure they had the correct battery. It was a waste of my time and I could have brought it somewhere else. Poor customer service.
