Matthew was great. Our Dodge Ram pickup was not starting. Matthew showed up and checked a few things. It wasn't the battery, he helped figure out it was the starter but also helped getting it into neutral. All electronic everthing in vehicles sucks. Can't just stick it in neutral. Thank you, Matthew! We appreciate your help!

Feeling so grateful!! Huge shout out to Kyle & Erik from Midland who came to my rescue after an accident left my car in a hazardous position. In the freezing cold, they showed incredible compassion & patience; spending 45 minutes assessing the safest way to move my car without causing more damage. Their professionalism and care were top-notch, and thanks to them, my car was pulled out safely with no extra damaged. These guys were a true blessing for me that night. They changed me over 340.00 for a two mile tow then I had to wait all weekend to get my truck back it's my opinion they work with the New Hartford police I believe I was way over charged and they would only take cash WHY? Nope they get a thumbs down with suspension I lost 400.00 not having my vehicle how do I get that back
