I was in the area visiting family and needed an oil change and have an unidentified rattle fixed. These guys do some nice work for a great price with friendly staff who will be straight with you. I was in and out in 30 minutes and my car sounds better than it has for some time. If I lived closer, I’d be going there for everything.

I was originally quoted $120 per axle to install brake pads on my Outback. When I got the bill it was $130/hr per axle; plus 'shop supplies'. I was told one thing & they did something else. However, they had two people installing the brake pads; it was done before I expected, and the quality of the work done was very good. Overall I will have to reconsider taking my car back there again.

I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra from Nimey's in January of 2024 for around $13000. I was assured it was a good truck that was taken care of. It had passed inspection and from my untrained, non-mechanical eye, things seemed alright. Fast forward to 2025 when I went to get it inspected. Keep in mind, I only drove it maybe 4000 miles. Here's what it needed to pass inspection: 2 headlights, a rack a pinion assembly, 2 tire rod replacements, a ball joint, power steering hose and assembly, a complete exhaust system overhaul including a catalytic converter, two o2 sensors, two coil springs, a new taillight assembly, and a leaf spring. In total, the cost of these repairs came to $6,824.67, just to pass inspection. In total, for a 19 year old used truck, I have spent almost $20,000. I confess that I feel like an absolute fool to have bought this truck. I feel I was deceived by Nimey's, especially considering that the check engine light for the cat converter came on only a month or so after purchasing it. I'm certain that truck would not have passed inspection back in 2024 had it not been inspected by the ones trying to sell it. I cannot in any way recommend this repair shop.

It was my first time working with them. My grill was supposed to be fixed. They did an amazing job. Communication, getting a quote, kindness of staff, convenience👏🏼 Plus, they washed my car when I went to pick it up! Way to go Nimey family👏🏼

If I could give zero stars I would! This past Friday my fiancé and I talked to one of the owners sons about purchasing 2 used tires for $30 each and $30 installation per tire. The son called the father and asked his dad and he was all for it and scheduled it for today 8/5//24 at 8AM. My fiancé gets there this morning and talks to the other son for the appointment and he says that his father changed his mind. So my fiancé explains that he just spoke to him on the phone this past Friday about it. So the guy went in and got his dad. He wouldn’t introduce himself to my fiancé or even shake his hand. All he said was I’m not splitting up the tires so do you want to buy all 4 or not. So my fiancé decided to go elsewhere for his tires! Very very poor customer service! Highly recommend going elsewhere where with your money and business!
