Take 5 Oil Change

All the techs were very professional and super nice. It was great to be able to sit in my car and have lunch while they worked on it. My air/cabin filters were def due to be changed and I even got a replacement windshield wiper, all in a few minutes at one place on my day off! Win-win!

I had trouble finding a convenient time for an oil change at the dealership. My husband used Take 5 and liked them so I decided to give them a try. They were very friendly, worked efficiently, and gave military discounts. I liked the transparency of the work they were doing. At the dealership they take your car away and you just hope and trust that they did the worked that you paid for. They were a bit busy when I went in but they gave us water and checked on us as we waited. I was probably out of there in 45 minutes which was so much more convenient than the dealership. I will definitely use them again.

I was immediately greeted with a cold bottle of water. They were very thorough in explaining what they were putting in my car As well as things that I might look into in the near future due to the age of my car . I was very pleased with their service and they accepted the coupon that I had for being a first time customer.I would recommend this place highly and will be a returning customer.

Excellent people, in New Hartford NY. (Savanna, Zack and entire team) we were from out of town, they were able to get both of our vehicles in side by side, quickly, very professional, very precise, very thorough. Strongly recommended.
