Caliber Tire and Auto Service

Even though our vehicles are leased and covered under full warranties, we still choose to have our cars serviced at Caliber Tire. That says a lot about the level of trust we have in them. They’ve always been honest and upfront with their opinions, which is hard to find these days. My lease was ending in about four months and I needed new tires, so I decided to shop around for the best price. Every other shop in the surrounding area told me the tires I needed would take about two weeks to come in. Steve at Caliber Tire was able to get them in, mounted, and installed the very next day and at a price that was far more affordable than most of the places I checked. Great service, honest people, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Steve is horrible, misogynistic, and rude. Warning for all women, you're better off going to another shop to get any work done on your car if you want to be treated like an actual human being. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Good luck to you and your business, you're gonna need it.

I’ve been going here for a decade and they have always been transparent, professional and just good people. I can’t speak highly about the service and integrity of this establishment. That is very difficult to find, especially in auto repair shops. For anyone living in the local area or passing through and need any service done to your vehicle, I wouldn’t go anyway else.

I went there just to have a tire plugged and got charged $35 which is ridiculous and when I asked why he said because they balanced the tire which is something that was not needed because my car is 4 months old. Also the guy working on my car got in it and drove it out of the shop with his hands covered in grease getting my door and steering wheel all dirty. Needless to say I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The staff was rude, inappropriate and that has been some of the worse mechanic customer service I've seen in years. Literally being screamed at by stuff, just unacceptable for a business.
