A&Z Service Center: An empty shop with an even emptier sense of professionalism I walked into A&Z Service Center needing a quick, routine state inspection. The place was completely empty — no cars on lifts, no customers, nothing happening. Jose, who I was told is the owner, says he can take care of it right away. Perfect. While getting started, I asked a simple question: “How much is an oil change here?” Jose responds: $95. I mentioned that every other shop I’ve used charges around $75–$80 — not arguing, just surprised. That one honest comment was all it took for his attitude to take a dive. Suddenly, this empty shop is “too busy” and I’m told to come back tomorrow. No apology. No explanation. Just an immediate refusal to perform the inspection he had just agreed to do minutes earlier. Let’s be clear: There was nothing keeping him busy — except his ego. A&Z Service Center managed to demonstrate: • A total inability to handle a normal price comparison • Overpriced services with zero justification • A stunning lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer focus • The strange belief that customers should be grateful to overpay It’s one thing to charge more — it’s another to punish a customer for noticing. If a shop can’t handle a basic pricing question without showing its true colors, imagine how they’d behave when dealing with something that actually matters. There are plenty of reputable auto shops that want your business and treat customers with respect. Based on my experience, A&Z Service Center is not one of them. Avoid the hassle. Avoid the attitude. Avoid A&Z.

Always very easy to get in and out of this station. Gas is a good price and they offer a lot in the store. Love that Dino outside too.

Why wouldn’t they open at 6am or 7am when ppl need gas and is heading to work, then the pumps are always broken, terrible gas station.
