Monticello Professional Car Wash and Quick Lube

I come here for an oil change. I have come here several times before, but this time when I got back into my car I realize my change was missing from my door pocket. Although I am not concerned about the money, I am very disappointed in the business. I trusted them with my car and they take my spare change. It is simply not cool. I called the business and the lady says that they would never do that and that maybe they vacuumed it on accident. I explained that my door pocket is nowhere near the ground for it to be vacuumed on accident. I will no longer trust this business. They have lost a good customer.

The reason for three stars is because of the beginning process. Should have better signage so customers understand what to do as staff isn’t super helpful. The beginning process is pretty confusing if you’ve never been here before. Language barrier between most of the staff and customers if you’re not bilingual. Other than those issues, I have no complaints. I checked my oil prior to leaving and the level was good, filter was changed, car wash and interior detail is what you’d expect for what you pay for. Overall, not bad and would return. Can’t beat the price, as long as you’re responsible enough to check everything before you leave as I would any other oil change place when I don’t do the oil change myself.

This was after their most expensive option car wash and on a slow day. Wouldn’t have high expectations. They did give me a full refund without an issue.

I recently got an oil change, now my car is acting funny. I don’t have an oil leak and this morning I went to start my car and it’s dry. My engine is giving a dry knocking sound so I’m sure they either didn’t change oil filter and only put 3 quart of oil instead of 5 and possibly reused old oil.. this is no bueno

Great place to get your oil change done! Only place in the area where no appointment is needed, first come first serve, in & out, and very friendly service. The best part, you get a free car wash done on the spot after your oil change, they did a beautiful job, even cleaning my interior dashboard.
