Don’t trust them since they got ride all there employees and have new ones . i took my van to have a power steeering hose installed .and i also explained that the van would stall when driving they informed me i would need a fuel pump .on February 2026 i purchased both power steering hose . and fuel pump a week goes buy and i gave them the parts . Another week goes buy and i asked them what going on ? They told me they did the power steering hose and i got the fuel pump dropped it of now going into the 3 week .! So 3 1/2 weeks they told me the would put the pump in . So i finaly told I will pick up the van and do it myself so the following Monday he said they did It was installed but not working. I don’t think they primed it and I think they blew the motor mysteriously. I ordered a new one. And Had another mechanic install it no issues at all took van started, but the most concern is I asked him about the power steering pump. He says they didn’t change it because you could tell if they changed it to clamps would be new. That they give you for the hose so they charged me $200 for a job they didn’t do and for blowing the motor for the fuel pump. I left him a message to ask them to call me back because where is my parts for the power, steering hose and the power steering fluid And refund money for services they didn’t do you do .! So first they told me they did. The power is doing then when I went to drop off them fuel pump the parts were in my van and I asked him if I thought you guys told me you did it and then they came up with some excuses that they needed the fuel pump first done. So week goes by they supposedly did the fuel pump. I had to get the van towed to a different shop and that’s when I asked the mechanic if they actually did the fuel pump and he said no plus the hoses would be brand new in the clamps and they weren’t just beware. It’s a shame because I’ve taken my car to them before. . So all I want them to do is refund the money that they didn’t do the work and the prices and the parts that I did not get back that I ordered and gave them which was about $34 plus my power steering fluid was $24 andabout an hour service they charged me $125

Mike and his team really took care of my import mini truck. I needed some new wheels and tires installed and they took care of it very fast and professionally. Will definitely be come back. Best Mechanic in Monticello.

The staff was highly personable, very effective and patient enough to answer all of my questions. They were forthright on what they were able to do.

We had an appt elsewhere to get new tires on. Appt was canceled. Stopped at 9 places. Jim was like sure, come in! He was the only one who said yes. At 10 am on a Wednesday. . Napa took an hour and a half to deliver a stud and Jim kept on em to find out what the hold up was. Love his humor and the way he speaks. The kids in the shop were so polite and jumped right on it. Jim was up front with pricing. And the prices were so fair.

I had a tire blow out on route 17 late in the afternoon. The tow truck guy said that this place had my tire size in stock. I got there, got the tire replaced right away and was on my way in no time. The price was very reasonable and the work was professionaly done. No one wants to have to visit a repair shop in an emergency, but it is nice to know that this place is here and will take care of you when you need it.
