We HIGHLY RECOMMEND G & C. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Junior at G & C. We were camping from out of town and our car broke down. We didn't know if our car could make it 150 miles home without damaging it. We slowly rolled in on a late Saturday afternoon 30 minutes before closing time. Junior dropped everything and gave us the diagnostic test we needed to safely get home and told us we had to get our car to our repair shop at home right away. He thoroughly explained what was happening in understandable terms. Junior only charged us $45 for a $350 diagnostic. We were Out of Towners in a serious plight and very easily could have been taken advantage of but JUNIOR WAS VERY HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE and took EXCELLENT CARE of us in our time of need, especially when he was closing for the weekend. He could have easily said "Sorry, shops closing, come back Monday morning" but instead, he helped us and charged us a VERY FAIR PRICE. I would have to say that Junior and G & C Shop were a Godsend for us weary travelers! JUNIOR, OUR ANGEL, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH from the bottom of our hearts. Owner is horrible. Shady person and constantly lies. Marked up parts for the car by $200 more than what it actually was. And still didnt even correctly fix the car.

Went to ask to get a tire mounted and balanced. Wheel wasn’t on the car. They brought it to the back as I watched the tech mount the tire, have you or putting it on then never balanced it. Handed me the wheel and said as long as the tire is in the correct spot it would be balanced. Didn’t even check. Even though the wheel had old weights in it from a previous balance. Then to find out the tool he used left scratches all over the wheel. Only gave 2 stars bc they were able to do it short notice. Definitely will not be returning.

These guys didn't even know how to rotate tires properly. Shady from the minute I walked in. I doubt they even changed my oil filter. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to go. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never go back. Freezing cold inside the office, no heat. Bunch of shady characters. None of whom looked like they had any idea what they were doing. If I wasn't in a pinch I would have never even attempted to use them. Wouldn't provide me a receipt. Only accepts cash. Since the day I had them touch my truck. It's been acting weird.

I was traveling to NY on a Friday night and started having trouble with my brakes. I was leaving again on Sunday so I needed to find someone to fit me in last minute on a Saturday so I could get home. Not only were they able to accommodate me but they did excellent work for a good price. The staff was friendly and professional. I was overall very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this shop.
