Walmart Auto Care Center

I specifically gave MY cell number to be contacted for updates but they still texted my roommate at work, and ONLY him. There was never an overhead page that my vehicle was done, I was eagerly waiting to hear one. When my roommate texted me that the car was done I went straight to the auto center and Nobody was there. I waited 10-15 minutes in good faith before pressing the indicated button for assistance. Repeated this Three times to no avail. Went and checked the garage and nobody was even there! No cars being worked on and no workers in sight. If the hours are until 7pm where were the auto center staff members for over a half an hour? I finally had to flag down a staff member coming inside from the parking lot to come and let me pay for services and get my car so I could finally leave. There was no sign to indicate staff were on break or when/if they would be returning. Unprofessional.

Had to replace a car battery, Amy was very professional, and helpful, as well as installed the new battery fast and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Terrible would not recommend. Set up appointment and they would not honor it. Showed up at 12:39 appointment was at 12:30. I understand I was a little late, but guy was extremely rude as well. Told me that they were standing there until 12:45 which is untrue because I got to Walmart at 12:39

They need to update there times. I went today and apparently they are done by 4pm. Yet the site says they are open till 7pm

The Hudson WalMart Auto Care Center is absolutely awesome. They must do a great job training these folks. They are knowledgeable, professional and do it right. They even take the time to reset my oil warning light. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and the prices are unbeatable. They have gone out of their way to help me with awesome deals on tires too. I am very happy with this Auto Care Center.
