I had a great experience buying a 2018 Toyota Sienna from Broadway Garage, even though I was purchasing from out of state. I found the van on Cars.com which led me to their website, and the “Text Us” option made it easy to get started. I worked with Karlee, who was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Most of the details were handled over text with a quick call to confirm a few things. Since I brought my own financing, I didn’t have to travel several hours to the dealership. They arranged shipping and delivered the van right to my front door. Everything arrived exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Karlee and Kelly were amazing from start to finish. We were coming from over 200 miles away and were a little nervous about buying a car from out of town, but they made the whole experience incredibly easy. Their communication ahead of time was excellent, and when we arrived, everything was organized and ready to go. The process was smooth, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the car.
