Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The worst experience ever. They took my truck in and said everything looks good you just need new wipers or it will fail. So I bought their overpriced wipers and then I go to pay and they tell me it failed for the tint. The truck is a 2011 and has had the same 70% tint since 2012. The NYS law for trucks is only for the front windows and windshield. Maybe the staff is unfamiliar with the local laws?? So in the end I paid $78 and all I got was wipers. They even scraped off the old sticker so now I have no sticker. I will never return to any jiffy lube.

Inspection / Oil Change - saved $25 with a coupon I looked up online while waiting; recommend doing that. There are usually savings available. The service agent that discussed the vehicle details was pleasant and patient with all patrons. It did take a bit of time (3+ hours) but with the services I got coupled with 8am early morning rush, it was completely understandable and, luckily, I had work and my computer with me so I was able to take advantage of the time. Plan for the services, I took advantage of the free car wash and vacuums so it was worth the time and investment.

Pulled up. Spoke with an employee about a oil change. I recommend this place WHEN ITS NOT BUSY. When it's slow it's in and out. Guys are hard workers and seemed honest and friendly.

I was able to get in right away for an inspection on my car. The staff was very friendly and nice. Very pleased with the service. Will go back again when needed.

Always good service with friendly people. I have been using this location for years. I got an oil change and tire rotation. Then used the free car wash option.
