THIS IS THE WARRANTED UPDATE TO MY SUMMER POST SHOCKING!!!!!! 9/20/24 I know my car!!! Do you know yours? What You Should Know About Xtreme Collision:, Lackawanna, NY: 1. I bought my car NEW in ‘22. No miles, right off the lot- Toyota- 28K$ 2- ONLY work to car- 4000K$ insurance, 4 months ago, BACK “L” passenger of my car. Complete job! A- I needed a little paint to the FRONT “L”bumper over this summer- 250$ (Extreme Collision) B- I had not noticed at first, as I am hardly in the BACKSEAT area of my car: C-9/15/24 I noticed the rubber seal to the inside of my car, back “L” had been DELIBERATELY CUT OUT - about 5 INCHES!!!! I messaged Joseph, the owner (and his son) at Xtreme Collision. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! D- I called the professional collision shop, who did my earlier work, to have them look at my car’s back inner seal. The shop’s assessment: The seal was clearly, obviously cut out. They replaced it for me as an insurance customer- no charge! EXTREME COLLISION was about to be in Lacakwana’a Small Claims court! All first 5 photos are what I noticed after EXTREME COLLISION had access to my vehicle. The last photo, bottom right end which shows the new, perfect seal in place, is the replacement done today, 9/20/24, by the collision shop I initially used for work on my car, who offered to fix it for me. XTREME COLLISION, you are a lowdown, dirty, small town con!

I would just like to thank Austin for doing the timing chain on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. He did a fantastic job. Dropped the car off at 5pm and picked it up at 5pm the next day.. Super on point. He had great communication the whole way thru, it was super bad and he was able to tackle thru it so it was a little more than the original quoted price, but to be expected with how bad it was. I was very grateful for the super fast service. I even left another car there for him to work on that has a oil leak. Can't wait to see what great work he does on that one. I will gladly be going back for more work from here on out.
