One of the worstShop in BUFFALO, They Lyft my car three days there. Every day I call him they say we’re gonna call you back in 30 minutes. And they never called me back I don’t recommend going there at all

I had my first experience at Brian’s Automotive this week and I was extremely impressed by this place. I was serviced by the technician Nick, who was extremely professional and helpful. Not only did Nick fix my car problem, but he actually took the time to explain things to me and didn’t try to oversell or take advantage of me as an automotive-knowledge novice/layman (or woman!). I brought my car in after work one day and Nick had it ready to go literally the next morning. He also not only fixed the problem that I had originally went in for, but alerted me to some minor nuances that ideally needed attention due to the neglect/oversight of another automotive business. The cost of everything was extremely fair (I would’ve paid double or more if I went elsewhere, especially a dealership!). I can honestly say that as a young woman who has no skilled automotive knowledge, and who is usually extremely apprehensive of getting work on her car done for fear of getting ripped off/having to deal with slimy salesmen/technicians trying to manipulate/trick her...that I will always be going to Brian’s Automotive moving forward for any car issues that I have in the future. Not only was everything objectively better in terms of service, time, professionalism, and cost, but everything just FELT better during my experience there. I will most certainly be recommending this place to my friends, family and colleagues. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great service guys! Your good work is highly appreciated! :)

The owner Brian is painfully honest. I have brought several different cars to him and recently brought my sons car to him. After inspecting it he told me it was to rotted, and would be better off not to spend the money on it. That surprised me. Everything I asked him to do he has done at a reasonable price and its done quickly. I do question his mechanics work for my own sake. I recently switched from another garage because the mechanics were lazy and slow in their work. I believe Brian tries to do the right thing and we appreciate that.
