Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I typically go to the Orchard Park location however this time I went to the Lackawana location -Ronald the manager went above and beyond as always to make the service go well. He got me in quickly, explained the process, and let me know I needed windshield wipers and that there was a promotion going on for them so I added those to the oil change. Ronald is always trustworthy, friendly and professional. He does not push products that you don’t need but makes sure you’re aware of what you do need and what services they offer. He also made sure I knew how to reset my oil reminder on my vehicle. Every worker I encountered was wonderful. I will be returning to this location for sure.

Art and the team at the Lackawanna location helped me with my first oil change and also helping me realize how dangerous it is to have an old filter. I was treated with respect and the process was quick and easy! I definitely recommend Art’s knowledge on vehicles and his instruction. Worth all the money in the world to have my car in great shape! Thank you again, Art and the team there. 🤗

Cool guys, quick and easy in and out oil change and air filter change. I’d give 5 stars but the confused new fella nearly had me drive my car into the bay wall because he was directing me straight out when I have a “passenger side tight” oil filter and needed to turn right to avoid the wall and driving over the pit. Overall would recommend though

Was kind of apprehensive as I usually don't go to these instant places. They generally do not have a great reputation, but I needed a coolant system flush on a Saturday so I brought it here. I was actually pretty impressed. I thought the guys were knowledgeable and did a good job and I'm having no issues as of yet. Hence, the four-star review as I just had it done today. Pretty sure if I was going to have issues it would have happened by now. Overall pretty satisfied.

Team members could be better listeners, remember things told to them, ring up everything asked for in one transaction. Don’t be patronizing like they’re getting you a deal when they’re not. And not have 4 million different people assisting you at the same time, it’s too chaotic and less personable.
