My boyfriend had an issue with his Kia so he stopped at Mucci as it was the closest shop around. The gentleman who greeted him went above and beyond just to give some advice. He believes the man is the owner. Either way, awesome service when he didn’t even do any physical work to the truck! Need more employees like that!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Very unprofessional and money hungry! My fathers car was towed to this location from the church near the police station into this shop which is a few miles and he charged me $266!!! And guess what! He said he only accepts cash since my card didn't go through the first time!! I know he does that to avoid taxes! You can tell a lot about a business by the way the owner treats there customers I wouldn’t never recommend this spot to anyone to take there car to get fixed too!

Rick got my vehicle in for me quickly and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service, very friendly and my truck was like brand new when I picked it up. Can't say enough good things! I thank you again Mucci Collision.

This place is total ripoff, towed my vehicle from the scene of an accident, courtesy of Lackawanna police department. They’re overpriced and very disrespectful. Other places charge reasonable price for towing for half of the block, they’re price start from $250. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bunch of Thieves and losers.

Rick has always done professional work in a timely fashion. His attention to detail is second to no one. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for friendly service with an excellent job result.
