Miller's Collision & Auto

I called in looking to get my car towed at 10 AM. I was told that a truck would be out within the hour. Three hours later I call back wondering where this guy is. They had rerouted the guy to pick up other vehicles and didn't give me a call to let me know. Looking at four hours to finally get the truck out to me. Going to miss an extra day of work because they didn't get here when they promised.

Water pump failure on the Thruway, they not only towed me back but got me up and running for my trip. Thank you so much!

Towing service was a lifesaver today as I was stranded on Thruway in need of tow at afternoon rush hour. Arrived very quickly and risked life and limb in heavy traffic at rush hour to tow my car. HIGHlY recommend for thruway tow if ever needed. Very friendly and courteous service as well. Thank you!!

I got a flat tire on I-90 in a really busy area. I called the NYS Thruway Authority who dispatched a tow truck from Miller's Collision and Auto. They got to me 10 minutes before it was estimated and Tim got us loaded up and to a safer place where he changed my tire for me. We were so thankful for the wonderful service Tim provided to us.
