This place is set up really well. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with soft seating, a kid-friendly space, and free coffee and water, plus drinks for just a dollar. The clean waiting area and clear desk setup show they have a structured workflow, not chaos. The staff explains things clearly without rushing or dodging questions, which makes the whole process feel straightforward. They also provide a written estimate before doing any work, which is key. Overall, it’s a smooth, stress-free experience compared to most car shops.

Another great experience at Drag-In ! Easily made an appointment with Shannon. Was greeted by Lemon and Shannon when I arrived. They checked me in quickly. Corey & Trevor (the mechanics/technicians) quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my tires. Got a great estimate for the repair. They showed me a couple concerns I may have in the future with my car. They did a great job fixing my car and it was done when they said it would be. I’m definitely going back to Drag-In with all my cars !

Always very satisfied. Staff is excellent. Work is over the top. Very reasonable. Only place I’ll take my car. Affordable they never over charge or that you need things that are not really necessary. Highly recommend.

Took my car in for a $10 Nys Safety Inspection. I had them check my Battery. Installed a new battery for a great price and a Nys Inspection, out the door in 45 minutes. Busy place and great customer service!

Drag-In Auto has saved my life (and my car's life) more than once when I have traveled back home to L.A. Years ago, they replaced my radiator and this time, replaced a faulty tire. I was VERY impressed with the attention to detail, the diagnostic photos of require work, the cordial & quick service...and their superb honesty and fair pricing! You'll never get 'Ripped-Off' at Drag-In. My heartfelt thanks for such amazing dedication to performing such impeccable work! 💖
