Performance Auto Sport

This past winter, I took my Toyota car to Performance Autosport to have them replace the digitizer screen. The repair took an hour, and I was charged $89 plus tax. As I go into my car to look at the screen replacement, I noticed that my dashboard has deep scratch marks. The technician did not put any sort of cushioning or backing on the dashboard while using the tool to remove the screen cover. After my appointment I had to run a quick errand. Shortly thereafter, I drive back to the shop to confront them about my concerns. Chris had nothing to say. Deanna acknowledged that the technician damaged my dashboard and made the employee aware, but that does absolutely nothing for me as the customer. There was nothing done on their part to rectify this situation. It's like they basically blamed me for this happening to my car. I will never go to this place again or recommend them to any friends. I would strongly suggest finding a business that demonstrates better business practices and accountability!

My 2002 BMW Z3 has a 2.5l straight 6. The power dropped off at 5,000 rpm. Performance Autosport installed a tuneable Engine Control Modual and a K&N low restriction air filter. My Z3 revs to 6,000 rpm with power still climbing...like a new car. Had the wheels balanced too...smooth on the highway with zero vibration thru 100 mph. Thanks Mr. Butora!

(Edited original review) I have been going to Performance for well over 15 years and have brought several cars and have referred several people to them in that time. That has all come to a close. The people they have working on cars now are a joke. I have included pictures of a $650 install. Which includes duct tape and sheetrock screws. Instead of using speaker mounts they destroyed the factory speaker causing the new speakers to hit the speaker grills and damage the speakers. The shop foreman when questioned on how long it was taking for this custom work got mad and pulled the truck out and refused to finish the job. The owner, refused calls for clarification. I was $2,000 into a stereo that was completely worthless. Every single thing they did had to be corrected. Honestly go anywhere else. They are reckless and do not care about their customers anymore. Ask around... about their recent quality and you will hear horror stories of things they have done to people. Its very sad... what was once a great place to support is anything but now.

They are great I've been going to them for my stereo installs since 2012. They are very knowledgeable and are always down to lend a hand

I love doing business here. Quality work and easy to get along with. They have took care of my car every visit and I will continue to bring them work. My wing and my rear vents were installed perfectly
