Went with my wife and father in law to look at a 2020 ram 2500 turbo diesel and the guy was very disrespectful to my wife saying when they get the banks certified bank check for the truck that we couldn’t leave with the truck because they’ve been scammed with bad checks b4 but that’s not a certified bank check told them to call my bank or have their bank call my bank and settle everything and they wouldn’t because they only wanted the money to be wired and when we asked about that he straight up said well then maybe this deal ain’t for you and as soon as he said that I said ok looks like we’re not buying the truck and it also had oil leaks visible under the truck and a slight tic when started and we drove 2 hours and they wouldn’t let us test drive the truck like it should’ve been outside to be looked at like we’re gonna be able to go far in a packed mall parking lot if u want an easy sale with piece of mind these guys are not it, they have a dealership but they are just regular guys that rent a spot at a mall and sell cars, I’ve bought many cars in my life and never experienced something this bad but at least there’s a Dave and busters next door that’s the only good thing and the dealership is stinking up the mall smells like straight gas as soon as you walk in the door of the mall

Had spoken with Jason. I put a deposit down on a motorcycle and when asked, I was re assured the deposit of $500 was refundable. Tried to buy the motorcycle in person with cash twice and got the run around. So I backed out and went a different route in motorcycle. I let Jason know, 5 days after deposit that I wasn't going to purchase the motorcycle. He was angry about it and I was told I'd get my $500 deposite back in 1-2 days. Now they're refusing the refund I had to call 3 times throughout the day when finally answered and no text messages acknowledged. So I am out $500. Don't tell someone that a deposit is refundable. Then 5 days later say you're going to refund it. And then tell them that you're not doing it once finally in touch. Nothing but a run around and unprofessional. I will never attempt to do business here again and don't recommend if anyone does do business, do Not put any deposits down . They will tell you everything you want to hear.

Truck was exactly as advertised. These guys move cars, so don't wait if you see something you like. I was actually on my way to look at a other truck in Utica when Jason called me back. I turned around and we made a deal. No dealing with some big dealership with a guy in another room with the salesmen as the go between. These guys have sweet vehicles and are ready to make a deal. Really happy we found this place, its like walking into a Narnia closet of cars and trucks. I will definitely be back when I am ready to trade up my wife's YukonXL.

Great selection. Such a unique idea inside a mall. I found the car I wanted on their Instagram page, then called to setup an appointment and they responded quickly. Looking forward to picking up my ride shortly. Thanks guys !!!!

Found my dream truck, they were patient with me, didnt hover over me when checking it out, and even came in earlier than they opened to help me out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and they will definitely have my business next time I need a vehicle.
