My son is playing for a college summer team in Jamestown. During a visit, he said his front left wheel was making a squealing noise. Being from out of town and not knowing any mechanics, I feared being ripped off by someone I didn't know. Precision took the car in that day, put new pads on the front wheels, checked the back wheels and brakes too, and did nothing unnecessary. The cost was way less than I expected and it was done the same day. Awesome service and very honest. If my son has any other car issues while in Jamestown, I know that we know a trustworth and honest place to go. Thanks for your help.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Tried telling me that my headlights were to fogged and yellowed to pass an inspection, which is false, that my seat wasn't bolted down properly, also false. and that my rear pads did not need to be done despite being under 15%, and being the actual reason I brought the car in. Total hack, might be okay for basic stuff on modern vehicles, but can't recommend bringing your lightly modified classic car here for any reason.

Fantastic customer service. I came here to get my car checked because I smelled oil. The guy got my car up on the lift and checked it out, right before closing time, and wouldn't accept any cash. Small town America service right here. It was awesome. I've lived in cities for so long and this experience makes me want to move to the county. If I'm ever back in Jamestown I'll absolutely come here.

This auto repair shop is perfect for my needs. I have only needed minor things fixed on my car, but Steve, the owner and mechanic, is quick to service and give free advice. I can get an appointment within a few days, and his waiting room is warm, or I can go across the street to The Coffee Cup for a quick bite of good food. His rates are more reasonable than a car dealership too.
