Amazing and quick work! My car is currently in great shape after hitting a deer. My bumper, grille, and more internal parts needed completely replaced. I called in December, and they got me in within weeks- and my car back within 2-3 weeks (quicker than anyone else could say). Thanks so much for getting me back on the road in one piece, and also giving me advice on other things that needed some tweaks. Family-environment business!

People might think my review is a little biased. I have been away from Jamestown for a few years now. I have had the opportunity to see how other business are run. I have had several cars since living in Jamestown and wrecked a few. I wrecked my truck I currently have.I just couldn't bring myself to have anyone else fix it. I drove from FL to Ny just to have my truck fixed at Bush and Sons Collision (down stairs). I found out a lot of places say they are the ones that work on you car but in reality they do some of it then ship it off elsewhere for the skills they can't do. Like painting. I think their work speaks for itself.

I truly can’t thank these gentlemen enough. On my way home from an appointment in Jamestown, the strap holding my gas tank broke. Just as I was reluctantly about to get on the highway, I spotted their shop and decided to pull in, hoping someone could help. Without hesitation, an older and younger gentleman (I wish I remembered their names) immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. They jumped right in, made sure everything was secure, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to get home safely. It’s rare these days to come across people so genuinely kind and willing to help a stranger without expecting anything in return. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant the world to me. If I ever need any work done while in Jamestown, they’ll absolutely be my first call. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area—their actions speak volumes about the kind of service and people you’ll find here.

After hitting a deer, my insurance company sent me to the "big guys" on Foote Ave for an estimate. Their customer service was not great, and I had no intention of using them. Thankfully, a friend recommended Collision By David!! What a difference! Debbie got me onto their schedule promptly, and even offered to pick me up at Enterprise Car Rental. My car looks great and was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them for caring and professional service!

Dave and Deb Bush are a phenomenal team! They work together to make sure their clients are well taken care of. Dave is an expert at repairing collision damage, and Deb is an expert at helping with insurance claims, car rental, pick up and delivery. I would not consider going anywhere else.
