Chad's Ring & Pinion

Was referred to Chad’s by my regular mechanic as they don’t do the ring and pinion work in their shop. Called Chad to make an appointment, drove my truck from Olean to Jamestown on a Sunday to drop it off. Was made aware that the truck would be ready that Wednesday. Chad actually had it completed that Tuesday evening. I was able to pick it up on Wednesday morning. World class guy, and provided world class service. If I ever run into the same problem again down the road, Chad’s will be the only place I would trust to take my vehicle to. Highly recommended if you ever need this service performed.

Chad's was honest and to the point . Test drove the truck and ruled out the problem I thought it was. Saved me a bunch of money. Nice guy but super busy.

Very honest straightforward guy. He test drove my truck less than 1/2 mile an knew something wasn’t right. I left my truck with him he had it done the next day. He had to replace rear axle bearings my left side axle shaft an a gear. You ever need anything done regarding your drivetrain go see Chad! He’s a great honest guy

Excellent service and top quality work

I called this business to find a yoke for my project car. The guy answered the phone and stated that he was on vacation and to call back in 2-1/2 weeks. I was in no hurry for the part and was going to wait until he came back to get the part from him but wanted to make sure that he could get what I needed so that I didn't waste my time waiting on him. I told him what I needed and asked if he was able to get that part. He got ignorant with me and told me to call back in 2-1/2 weeks then hung up on me. If he didn't want to talk on the phone he shouldn't have answered the phone. I will not give him any of business. I bought what I needed off of Amazon. So much for trying to give the local guy business.
