Worst shop in the area. In my experience, I do not trust this place at all. Every time I have dealt with them, it felt like they were trying to rip me off. One time, they told me they were putting in a new wiring harness for my taillight. Later, when we were talking about it, he showed me the part they were going to install, and it was clearly a used junkyard part. If I am paying full price for a replacement, I expect the part to be new. Another time, I brought my car in for an inspection, and the guy at the register told me that suddenly all of my lug nuts were bad. Funny thing is, I had personally taken the wheels off just a couple days before to check things before the appointment. They were fine. I told him he needed to teach his employees how to use an impact wrench because it seemed like they damaged the lug nuts and then tried to charge me for all of them. Seriously, how does every lug nut on a car get ruined all at once? Then they replaced them with random parts, so now it takes me three different sockets just to take my wheels off. Thanks for that. There was also another time when I brought them a tire that had gone flat and had Fix-a-Flat in it. They told me it was impossible to clean the Fix-a-Flat out and that because the vehicle was AWD, I would need to buy tires. I took the tire to Lobb’s instead, and they fixed it without a problem. Turns out Barmore’s just did not want to deal with it because it was a pain. At this point, I will not trust them with any vehicle. I only had so many experiences with them because my grandma used to have me bring her car there. Before that, she had been dealing with them by herself, and she is elderly and does not know much about cars. Based on what I saw, I honestly wonder how long they had been taking advantage of her. This place is terrible. If I could rate it lower, I would.

5/5 stars, easy in and easy out, great service, Chris will take great care of you, I had a blowout near the Bemus Point New York rest area off I 86 and after calling around this place was only about 5 to 10 minutes away, fair price for a brand new reefer trailer tire and had me back on the road quickly, definitely a happy customer, I look forward to coming back hopefully not under the same circumstances but I would come back anytime, if you are coming eastbound you will want to turn around so you can back into the building across from the main shop without a blindside, there are a couple parking lots ahead on the right past the gas station that make it easy to set up, thank you guys

Had an awesome experience at Barmore Sellstrom Inc this morning! Everyone was extremely kind and courteous but Dalton went above and beyond! I highly recommend them for your tire and other auto needs.

Love the service came from new Mexico needed two front tire and they helped me our with the lowest cost price thank you guys so much got me back on the road will be come back to them while I'm here in New York

Amidst the heavy snowfall Jamestown experienced this December, careening into a curb was almost inevitable. As the car wasn't drivable, AAA towed the car to not one, but three local garages with no availability. I truly had no preference aswe'd never had major work done on a vehicle in Jamestown. I opted to call Barmore Sellstrom, rather than dragging AAA to another garage. Dalton answered, welcoming and friendly, telling us to bring it right over. Throughout the process of an insurance claim and needing two tires upgraded to handle the snow, Barmore was outstanding. They answered what must have seemed like endless questions from us as first time claimants, picked out a great set of tires at an unbeatable price and kept us informed at every turn. Although relieved to have our vehicle back, we were apprehensive about it's condition. The steering & suspension had been destroyed and a new wheel bearing, strut, knuckle and axle were amongst the parts replaced on an already old vehicle. The car drives as if it were new. The tires handle unbelievably well in the snow and I don't think the alignment has EVER been as straight as it is following it's visit to Barmore. Random circumstance chose Barmore this time. In the future, we will.
