LUV Kia of Jamestown Service Department

Very welcoming and good genuine people! It's not very often that someone opens the door for you and welcomes you in with the offer of something to drink in this world nowadays. The customer service is really good and needed after dealing with a different dealership. ( long story) on the different dealership. But Luv Kia has been amazing to us along with their service department! We ended up purchasing a used secondary vehicle and seriously couldn't be happier with the outcome. 5 stars are definitely in order for them all! Excellent work everyone!! Also a huge thank you to Elysia for all you do and more.

The service dept.is well run and your car usually goes into the service bay within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. Plus they got a new modern coffee maker (needs a little cleaning)! Staff is friendly and well trained.

The guys in the service department are great! They were friendly and helpful! When I picked up my car it was a whoa minute!! They had detailed it!! I was sort of embarrassed because I hadn’t taken all my stuff out but they worked around it! Thanks guys 😊

Everthing was done as promised and on time. They even washed by vehicle. My service advisor, Matthew Rumbaugh, was excellent.

Very friendly customer service since my last few visits. My car was also worked on a lot faster. Seems like they did some staffing changes.
