View on GoogleJust came from having our car inspected, oil change and winter blades. Great service easy to make an appointment nice warm waiting room in and out in no time . To top it off our car was right outside the door waiting. They have a new customer for sure. Thank you.
View on GoogleI bought my first car from lighthouse auto in Oct, and i've had to bring it here to be fixed (under my warranty) TWICE already. With them barely fixing the problem and arguing against MY mechanic who says that it shouldn't have even passed inspection. I'm still driving around with awful shocks & struts, as well as headlights (more like dim parking lights), with them saying they'd contact warranty AND would still order headlights anyway with no word from these guys about anything almost a month later. not to mention, if you have an appt at 11, your car will sit there for 2 hours and they won’t touch it until after their lunch time. I don't recommend bringing your car here unless you'd like to still have problems, waste your time and be treated like you're stupid by the guy at the front desk.

View on GoogleThis shop is under new ownership, and is NOT the same way it used to be. Around a year ago, it was Jamestown Auto, which was run by Ron. Ron was great; old school, explain/show everything mechanic, hence why google has this service center so highly rated. The new ownership is either not competent or is intentionally botching repairs. Having had breaks completely done by Ron the year before, and having issues, we went in thinking it was the same shop. It was not, and as such they told us they could not honor the warranty. You'd think a new shop would want to honor the old shops warranty to pick up the loyalty of a new customer, but whatever. It sucked, but we had the work done, and they said that the rear brakes were filthy and they must have never been done by Ron. That was hard to believe, but we took them for their word. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and we were once again having issues. Took it in, they said it was the front brakes this time, and that the rear was dirty but they cleaned them and they had "plenty of life" left. Desperate to figure out the issue, and the brakes still feeling off, we finally took it to MONRO (Have always been told this is a bad idea). The technician there was super informative. He explained fully how the brakes were never done correctly, and that was likely the source of our issues. He did not pressure us to get the brakes done by them, and did not say a word negatively about the shop that did our work, other than pointing out what was done wrong. We will never return to this shop.
