Dunn Tire

Excellent service! Fast, efficient, and friendly. I’ve been needing wheel and tire replacement for a hard to find tire size for an antique vehicle, and the folks at Dunn Tire were very helpful both with the ordering process and the installation process. I had to special order my wheels and bring them in and they did a great job installing them. When they saw the unusual tire size for a V rated tire they called to confirm that I really meant to do that. The Mercedes 560 has a top speed of 140+ MPH (which was unusually high for a 1987 vehicle with such a small rim diameter). Very cool that they paid attention to this detail and called to make sure I got the right product for my car.

The staff at Dunn tire were very honest about what they can and cant do. I had aftermarket rims to be installed. The manager made time to look at the rims and insured they would be installed without damage. Im very pleased with their quality of work and attention to detail.

Wow. All I'm going to say is that Dunn Tire of Jamestown West deserves a good five star review. Not only did they fix my tire and replace it with ease but in under two hours, with an early drop-off time, that got it done before closing. I forgot to take a photo of the after results, but they sealed and shaved down my rim and the tires on the rear (which I got replaced) look so much better then the front! Thank you Dunn Tire for helping me in this case of emergency.

I found Dunn Tire on Google . When I visited seemed like a reputable business. My passenger side car mirror was broken so need replacing so I asked for an estimate and they gave me an estimate which seemed kind of high $750 to replace the complete mirror unit . I said OK. Let me see if I can buy the mirror myself and you guys can then just charge me for the labor that seemed like a better bet cause the mirror only cost like $100 on Amazon and then they quoted me $250 plus tax to replace it seem kind of high I thought maybe these days it cost a bit more so I had it done and the work was done OK but after about a week the mirror cover came off when I was driving on the highway so I went back to Dunn and said that my mirror cover came off and did you guys take it off and was it loose . They did not say anything just kept quiet and so OK maybe maybe the cover came off by itself so I then decided to go through the insurance I took my car for estimate to a reputable garage. Who do State Farm insurance work they looked at it and they said roughly about $300 for the parts and then surprise surprise $78 to change the mirror unit so that was the thing I was kind of surprised . I said that’s much better price than what Dunn Tire charged me so I went back to Dunn show them the estimate. I spoke with Jose of Dunn tire. How come you guys charged me $250 plus tax for replacing the mirror. Jose did not have an answer , just moaning about it don’t have an answer and I said to them you know you should match the price you guys overcharge me but they said no they can’t do that so I said I’m not a very happy customer. thank you very much so I left the garage so that’s really it. They charged me too much and when I went back that I had the problem with the cover they’re not showing any interest to help me just pretend you are on your own so I would not recommend this business. I’m sorry thank you.
