On March 3, 2026. I took my car in to get a lower grill installed, which I provided my own, after thorough inspection of the front end. Since a lower grill is a fender out job, I needed their service. However, after I received my car, I realized my main front grill is loose. And I found a hinge piece of the front main grill laying on the hood next to main front grill, melter in one end, like someone trying to heat glue the thing. Next thing I know the whole main front grill came right off. And upon further inspection, I realized both the hinges were broken and glued together As well as tab on the bottom and center latch was broken. I called to speak with The manager, but I keep getting runaround saying that manager is super busy and they said it’s not our policy to glue things together, so they’re not taking any responsibility for it. And they said they’ll glue it together for me again, but I don’t wanna glue pieces, so I just ordered a new grill online. And I’ll install it myself it’s really easy to install especially the main front grill. I will never take my car there again. Here the pics. Reply to the owner: The part I suppled is not the issue, OEM Mercedes Benz Bottom Grille. Which you guys installed it fine, with fender out job. I communicated everything that was wrong with my car, like the day time running light, it’s taped, please just unplug it when taking the front fender off. It’s not hard, I've done it many times before, it takes couple sec, just unplug it, it's easy. but saying “We had to be careful to work around that since we had to remove the front bumper cover in order to install your grille” That's just bunch of excuses, I wasn’t born yesterday. Also saying “But considering that there was already some iffy work done by you and knowing you had already altered the upper grille and installed it yourself, it stands to reason that the damage to the upper grille may not have been caused by us” All I did was customize it by adding, a car mash aluminum grille insert. And it’s not iffy. It was cleanly finished, with nothing broken. More excuses. That’s right. Exactly, I installed & customized the front grille myself, that is how I know it was broken by one of you guys & it looks to me but I don’t know what method, it’s been hot plastic glued together; just look at the first photo of the plastic melted hinge, that I posted; the other side is like that too but it’s holding at the moment. I repair most of my car issues myself. I guarantee, it was not like that when my car went in to your shop. I checked everything thoroughly. Otherwise, if I noticed the front grille was busted, I would have just bought the replacement for that as well. It’s no big deal to me. I suspect, whomever, worked on my car, knows exactly what they did wrong. Instead of removing the top shroud & center 10mm bolt and then sliding the front grille UP. However, that person brut forced it and pulled or yanked it forward and in process broke off (left/right) both of the plastic hinges, bottom left tab and cent latch, held on by 10mm bolt, then glued or plastered it together, thinking I won’t notice it, they almost gotten away with it, if that glued or plastered hinge didn’t break off. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I tried reaching out to you guys to solve this, I even stopped by and called couple of times to speak with the manager but I kept getting excuses, like his out to lunch and finally some days went by, I get a call saying “The manager is a very busy guy, etc.…” you can't even take your time and speak to your customers, who’s trying so hard to reach out. I don’t know what to say. Some of the things, I really hate is dishonesty and bad excuses.

I love this company! I have used them for body repair and for other normal maintenance. Bought tires from them too. Today, I had low pressure in a tire, stopped in with no appointment, they helped me instantly and no charge. What a great feeling to be able to reach out to these people! Right across the street from Enterprise Rental if you need to rent a car while yours is in the shop! Thanks so much to Wink's!
View on GoogleI brought my van here after being tossed around from shop to shop. My automatic door stopped working and wouldnt latch shut. They looked at it in the parking lot and threw out many possibilities as to what could be wrong but didnt know without taking the panel off and diagnosing the issue. I was told by the guy who looked at it (I dont remember his name) that he would get on his computer and do some research and call me in a little bit with a quote. He called about 30 minutes later and said he thought it needed a new latch component. That part alone he said would cost $702. He also said that once they got the panel off, they might run into electrical issues and need diagnostics and that would all make the cost go up in addition to their labor rate. I didnt feel right paying an outrageous amount of money for a part that costs $200 when he didnt seem to be confident in what was even wrong with it. I took it to another shop (an honest shop) who diagnosed the problems and fixed my door. With labor, parts and diagnostics, it costed $600. Get this, the part Winks wanted to sell me wasn't even the issue.
View on GoogleBest communication from any company on timeline and details of work being done. Kept me informed on the progression of work. Gave me a great packet of info at the end and returned my car very clean. They also followed up with me after the repairs were complete.
