Bill and Jeff at Automotive Consultants are the best! I recently found myself in need of a vehicle that will tow my small travel trailer across the country safely and reliably and stopped in and talked to Bill about my needs and he went out of his way to get me into the perfect vehicle for me. He even let me change my mind on which vehicle I wanted after I had made a commitment to buying a truck when my dream vehicle appeared. He provided me with a well maintained, immaculate vehicle at a fair price and made sure it was safe and sound by having new brakes installed at no extra chrage to me. I now feel that I will be safe and comfortable as I wander about the country in my new to me Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bill and Jeff both went out of their way and were very patient while waiting for my loan to come through and connected me with Jamie at Warren Insurance who was also very accommodating and understanding. In some ways, it feels like Ithaca has been changing alot, but these guys make it feel like the small town community that attracted me and enticed me to come here 45 years ago still exists here. Thank you for making me so comfortable and for your understanding and honesty and your willingness to go out of your way to make sure I have a safe journey forward! I dont give five star reviews often, but you guys deserve it!

We bought cars for several decades through Bill at Automotive Consultants, and we always got terrific help and deals. When we relocated to California the distance became too great, so we were no longer able to do that. BUT - fast forward to now, and when I needed advice in picking a hybrid SUV (my first hybrid), I decided to call Bill for input. He was terrific - he looked at the offers we were getting out here, told me which models were the best and most reliable, and made a call and arranged a sales-pressure-free appointment with a dealer near me that led to my most recent new car purchase. You will not find a better, more honest, or more helpful automotive consultant (hence the name) anywhere! Two thumbs up (and five stars)...!

First time I shopped for a car without my son but I gave it a try because the representative, Mr Card, came highly recommended by 2 friends. He has such a knowledge of cars that he can find exactly what you are looking for at a much better price than I would have obtained from a dealer with no pressure at all to make the sale. He is so customer oriented, goes above the normal sale to be sure you are pleased with your purchase. I highly recommend him and will use only him should I need to purchase another car. Would gladly give him 10 stars if I could.
