Brake Away

Absolutely amazing experience at Brake away. I had to have my car towed to their lot after my brakes broke and I experienced a back injury. They took great care of my car, called me to verify the work, and kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending Brake Away to my family and friends.

Travis and his crew are top notch ! He completely replaced the rear brakes on my son's car quickly and at a fair price. He even called to advise that the car did not require replacement of the entire rear system and offered to replace just the parts that were most likely compromised-but we opted to have them replace it all. Another local shop quoted a price that was about DOUBLE what Brake Away charged. Travis was recommended by name from a former Ithaca resident that spoke VERY highly of him. Thank you guys for the great work, amazing customer service and fair pricing. These are the guys to trust when your car has broken down, because they are the Good Guys. Keep up the great work !

The guys at brake away were very friendly, the price was affordable and they got it done quickly. All the noises were gone and my car ran perfectly. I definitely recommend!

Travis is great.. I had a general question about motorcycle tires and he said he would look into prices for new tires for me so I could get the best prices AND offered to put them on for me at a great price when he found the tires..
