Based on a freezing cold 5 hour long fiasco this past fall, i know that tow truck companies that are dispatched with AAA need to be equipped with special brackets for shipping motorcycles. After making sure dispatch knew to communicate that my motorcycle was being towed , and would need special equipment, I waited a shockingly short period of time for the driver to show up. I felt it was too good to be true that someone with the right equipment could come that quickly. Once he did , I inquired about the technique he would be using to strap my bike down. When he explained his way to me, I told him that wasnt a safe way to tow the bike for several reasons. Told him His style would put tension in places like the fork seals and brakes and possibly mess up the suspension and alignment. I also voiced concern that Creating damage to those areas could potentially cause a life threatening accident. I asked about the tire brackets traditionally used and he told me he didnt have them and could do it without it. He was very rude, very pushy, and told me I could "sit my ass there" while I waited for a different tow truck if I didnt like the way he was doing it. He then told me he was a professional and had towed many bikes. After strapping it in, he proceeded to go grossly under the speed limit, sometimes not even breaking 20 in a 45mph zone, because my motorcycle was sliding and shifting so much on the tow deck. He stopped repeatedly in panic because he kept losing view of the motorcycle in the rearview mirror as it shifted. He did not compensate for the lean of the bike on the kickstand , so it also tipped every time an opposite gravitational-pull turn occurred. At the end of this clearly unsafe transport of my motorcycle, I sat on top of it on the tow deck to stabilize it as he mechanically lowered the deck down, which he asked me to do, after I voiced i felt it was unsafe. I also mentioned that I wouldn't have to sit on it if the right brackets were being used- he could've just used the winch like normal. After stabilizing my motorcycle upright , I noticed i had no hand brake. It was completely gone, i had the driver confirm by holding back the lever and demonstrating that there was no pressure, no grab. I noticed he had wrapped a strap directly against my brake system on my tire. I have a picture of the way this was done. I complained to him that he had ruined my brakes and he should've listened to me about the way it was strapped down. I am beyond upset and I dont just want to cancel my membership and get my money back, I want to contact a lawyer.

Kyler was dispatched to tow my 2003 Honda Goldwing GL1800 after the alternator failed and the bike weighs 900 lbs , but we were able to load the bike on the flatbed with just the two of us because he used the cable on the front to pull the bike onto the bed. He did an amazing job strapping it down and took his time bringing it to my house and he kept checking to make sure the straps didn't loosen. I would definitely call for a tow and request him for his excellent service making sure my bike wasn't damaged in the loading, transport or unloading.. He took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. Excellent job and I couldn't ask for better service

I had a good experience with them. Donald came pretty fast from the time I placed the road assistance request with my insurance. I was stranded on I-81 with a blowout tire. It was scary, but he assured me the car was fine to drive, changed the tire fast, and I was on my way. Highly recommended.

Donald and his wife were amazing!!! They were out way before the estimated time! It was already a rough day, we had a flat on the interstate and within 30 minutes they were there instead of the 115 minutes that was estimated. It took him less than 15 minutes to get us on our way and made sure that we were on our way before they left which proved to me it’s not just about business they actually cared!! Not only that, but they made a bad day better with their pleasant attitude and kindness!! 100% would recommend them to anyone!!

I had an amazing experience with Donald and his partner who came to help me with a car lockout. I was at the Clinton Walmart, and they came all the way from Morristown just to help me out. Even though I accidentally missed their first call for about 15 minutes, they were kind and understanding the whole time, with no bad attitude whatsoever. They showed up quickly considering the distance, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They even let me watch and ask questions while they worked, which really showed how down-to-earth and patient they were. I am so thankful for this service—it was a blessing from God that my insurance provided it, and I didn’t even realize I had this kind of help available. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and uplifting one. Donald and his partner truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great people, great service, and such a positive experience overall!
