Excellent service. I was a walk in and did not have to wait an unreasonable about of time for service. Did check and was honest about my needs even though they receive no payment for service. Definitely will get my return service

They damaged my TPMS sensors during tire rotation. But refuse to be responsible for this! My TPMS sensors just got replaced 1.5 years ago (with 8-10 years lifespan). However, the warning lights came up literally right after (within 2 mile) I drove out from the shop, under normal pressure, and resetting doesn’t work. But the front desk man refuses to repair/replace my TPMS sensor for free and want to charge me for their own fault. I already filed a claim with BBB and hope everyone else try to avoid this shop in the future because of they are irresponsible and dishonest!

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Everyone working there was extremely professional and the work got finished quickly. Also a nice lobby to wait in. I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option

Needed a pre-purchase inspection for a car and Dan from Steve Shannon was incredible. The whole process was so smooth and reasonable. No up selling, no pressure tactics. One upfront cost and that too the lowest I could find. Very very happy with the service.
