Changed to Patterson's after I was unhappy with previous mechanic. They found a lot of problems with my car but they were legit - it's an old car and previous mechanic should have found them! Not inexpensive but good quality work - can feel the difference in the brakes!

Great experience overall! My Audi is now driving like new again, esp. since it’s now clear the local dealership literally couldn’t balance the tires correctly after two tries last spring. And here I was thinking my under 20,000 mile car was bunk. Patterson’s has excellent customer service, are knowledgeable and they even gave me an overnight loaner since I had to leave my car for some unexpected but very necessary work. Great shop! I’ll return.

I love Patterson's. They are good people. My wife and I have always trusted them implicitly. After many years, they've never let us down. They have always discussed the repair options and costs, taking into account considerations like safety and whether we plan to keep the car for another 1 year or another 10. I have never been pressured to get unnecessary work done, or to replace parts that didn't need it (unlike my experience with some oil change places).

I booked an oil change with Patterson’s last week. During the time my car was at the shop they let me know that one of my lights on the back was out and offered to replace it. I said yes, thinking the cost would be worth the time it would take me to go buy the bulb and figure out how to install it. The oil change with the bulb replacement was $160. If that wasn’t bad enough when I got home I realized the light on the back wasn’t even installed properly. I went back to the shop to get it fixed, something that took 30 seconds. This was insane to me. A task that they initially billed .3 hours for to take 30 seconds to redo told me I was being exorbitantly overcharged. I was able to get a refund on the bulb but I feel as though they thought I wasn’t smart and didn’t understand I was being scammed. Do not go to Patterson’s! I will not be returning and nor should you !!
