Their service department is incompetent and irresponsible. I bought a Kona with a warranty for the tires from them. When I got a flat tire and brought the car to them, they told me if I was to use the warranty, "there's no eta for the tire", but if I'm willing to pay around $1000 to change all four of them, they can get it done by the same day. I chose to wait because I paid $1000 for the warranty. And it took them almost a month to get it. It is ridiculous how they sell the warranty without the same tire model in stock. It's either they are too incompetent to get one tire for a popular car model they sell, or they're just unwilling to put the effort into the cars that have a warranty. I had the tire changed last Friday and then I had to travel with the car. During the drive I noticed the tire pressure kept dropping and the next day the tire was completely flat!!! They did try to fix it again just now which is where the only one star for their rating comes from. But the attitude of the staff was not appropriate to me. Especially their manager, when I told him it's not acceptable to have the tire flat again the next day they tried to fix it, he was like, oh everyone makes mistakes. I got lucky that the tire they put on my car did not go flat when I was driving but seemed to me that they don't even realize how dangerous it can be to have the flat tire when you're travelling. And worst of all, none of the staff there even bothered to apologize to me the whloe 90 minutes I was there.

They're really bad; they tell you the problem is a sensor, they replace it, and then they tell you the problem is the engine.
