Maguire Honda Service

Maguire Honda has helped me in many ways. When my older Honda Element started to have issues recently, I needed important parts which they ordered for me, and even though they were on backorder, they made sure that they arrived and I was able to get the work done. I also appreciate that each time I have taken my car in to have work done, it's always returned to me with the tires spiffed up, and the entire body wiped down, looking shiny and beautiful. I always thought that was the way to take care of customers in the auto business, and they deliver in full. I also was working with Jessica Bond there to find a car and she was so helpful, kind, informative, and someone I could trust. Thank you, Maguire Honda!

I had to wait a month to get my car back from a cylinder misfire issue. Terrible customer service they did not want to coordinate with my warranty and I only received updates when my Honda tech was working that day. They tried to get us to pay an extra $1,000 based on the mistake they made by pricing a part higher than the warranty priced it for. They also stole $200 worth of personal belongings from my trunk and of course didn't know where it went. Had my car not broken down and I was forced by my warranty to go to a Honda dealership I would've went somewhere else.

We were on vacation in the Finger Lakes when our car battery died. We were able to get it jumpstarted and drive to Maguire Honda. My husband explained our situation and they took us in right away. We needed a new battery. After the guy went back to have the new battery put in my husband looked at me and said "This is going to be pricey but it has to be done." When the car was done and the bill was handed to my husband we were pleasantly surprised to see that the battery was a fair price." Thank you Maguire Honda for taking our car in right away and having decent prices on parts and services. P.S. Our car was also run through the car wash!

I had no problems with their service. The prices seemed a little steep but that's typical for dealership affiliated shops. Very professional. Upfront and clear about pricing.

Started finding other options, people are friendly enough but ALWAYS finding something that has been done wrong or incomplete.
