Buying a high-end vehicle from a distance is always a daunting task ... I live far away in Central Florida ... but she made the entire process seamless from the very start. As soon as she spoke to me on the phone the first time I knew I had a special person who truly cared about her customers. Throughout our negotiations, Kayla proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional, and exceptionally prompt and cordial in all her communications. She worked incredibly hard to structure a fair deal, providing excellent advice and guidance along the way, and we ultimately reached an agreement on the terms. Regrettably, due to unforeseen out-of-state shipping and logistical challenges, we were unable to finalize the transport. What truly sets Kayla apart was her absolute integrity and trustworthiness at this stage. Without a moment of hesitation or hassle, she promptly refunded my deposit and remained remarkably kind and helpful to the very end. Had a wonderful experience recently buying a car from sales consultant, Ryan Parker at MAGUIRE! We had an easy test drive together where he shared a wealth of knowledge about the car and was helpful and clear when it came to discussing price and financing options. He wasn't pushy in any way, just easy to talk to and kind which I did not expect. It was so refreshing! It helped that I was motivated to buy a car, but he didn't know that as I was shopping. I was in a collision which totaled my Jeep Renegade. I wasn't in a good place to have to buy a brand new car. But Maguire on Hiawatha worked with me and got me my dream wheels! We had the most enjoyable car buying experience at Maguire on 5/24/25 with Mark Leonard. Normally I loathe buying a new car, mostly because sales people have made me feel like a burden or a chore. Mark was a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked in. He was so kind and genuine. We never felt like we were being sold, we felt listened to and he advocated for us big time.
