My experience at Hunts auto repair shop has been good. They carefully inform of issues & needs, and repairs were well done- no further issues.

They are nice but charged me 75 bucks to put my car on the lift and then refuse to work on it. Typically if refusing work you wouldn’t charge as courtesy but oh well. Didn’t diagnose anything either. Complete waste of time and money.

I had an issue with the fuel pump on my slightly older Audi. When I brought it to the dealership down the road, they told me it couldn’t be fixed — said they couldn’t get one of the parts they might need. I brought it to Hunt’s instead, and they got everything sorted out quickly and professionally. Lovely employees, excellent service, and total transparency throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Horrible experience. Left my car there to be repaired. I got three different prices for a timing belt first it was between 6 or 700. I called for them to email me a quote. The first guy tells me it’s about $400, then the guy in the background says $1200, but it’s not a guarantee that it would fix the problem. I left my email & phone number that conveniently never got put into their system. Then I received a letter from a tow company that said I was ticketed and towed!!! Never received an email or a call. Just like that, my car was gone. What a nightmare!!!

Brought my car in to replace the headlights as they are difficult to access. Received the car back and the headlights were pointing down. They stripped all the screws in both headlight assemblies. If they can’t replace headlights not sure what you can trust them with
