My daughter's car broke down at college and lives an hour away from home. I called Proficient from a Google search and asked if we could bring it to them, they immediately said yes and fixed it within a week. It says a lot to take a new client, fit them in and fix in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. Thank you! Will 100% recommend!

Dropped off my vehicle for service at a competitive price. The best part being that I didn't have to wait until the end of the day for them to call when it was done. Apparently quite popular as well considering the number of cars in the lot. Well done, keep it up.

Very impressed with the quality of service! Had some issues with our car overheating & they made sure to analyze and test as throughly as possible to make sure we were doing the right repair the first time. They also squeezed us in with rather short notice and got our car back way sooner than I anticipated.

Great work and honest. Had a issue with car running. After some diagnosis the shop declared i had bad fuel pump. Repair was done quickly and very fair price for age of vehicle. Definitely will return for more services and recommend family and friends. Nice to go to family owned shop and not worry about the big store fronts that try and sell you everything under the sun.
