Big E Tire & Auto Service

Matt, the store manager, was super great to work with! It was a Saturday and I couldn’t avoid a piece of debris on the highway and it ended up blowing two of my tires! I called Big E at a friend’s recommendation and they got me right in, even on a Saturday afternoon! They had my tire in stock and had me back on the road in no time! Super efficient, and Matt was kind and personable both on the phone and in person! I’ll use these guys again for sure!

I can’t say enough great things about Big E Tire! I hit a pothole this morning and ended up with a completely blown tire on my brand new car. After calling around to a few places near home and being told it would take 2–3 days to get a replacement, I found Big E Tire on Google—and I’m so glad I did. Damion, who took my call, was incredibly helpful and reassured me they could get the exact tire I needed within 60–90 minutes. I headed over, and they absolutely delivered. They got my car in right away, changed the tire quickly, and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes. The whole team was efficient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for the quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Get a second opinion before giving big e your service, I have a disabled veteran neighbor who asked if I could help him pick his car up from Big E on front St, I immediately replied with oh no, what did you take it in for, he said just tires. But big e explained he had a brake on the rear that was seized and the vehicle shouldn't be driven. I told him I would fix it for him. He said he could handle brakes, and said he declined the repair. When we arrived We found rather then make a phone call big e made the choice to put white letters facing out on his new tires, he was very disappointed, but he had waited 2 days to get his vehicle back, and didn't want to wait longer. Why would they not give the customer the choice?? I drove it home, and found the brakes felt fine. My neighbor called after buying all new brakes, and found after prepping to replace everything, that he was lied to and his brakes where absolutely fine. You lost another customer and gained another bad review. Congrats! The district manager must be exhausted trying to keep people happy. In my opinion, it's time to rethink your business practices.

A few weeks ago on a drive up from Long Island to Syracuse, about two hours from my destination I blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. I found this shop online, gave them a call and they said to come right in. I ultimately drove there (45 mins away on 3 tires lol) and immediately the man at the desk took a peek at my tire size, then had an employee go out to another tire shop to pick the exact one up. In under two hours he had picked up a tire, installed it, and realigned my vehicle all on a Friday afternoon right before closing. I couldn’t be more thankful, they saved my trip. Would highly recommend this place to anyone after my experience here.
