I’ve used this establishment before. So I Returned to this place to get my car Inspected again and in addition an oil change. I left the car at 10:15 am for the two listed services above. No one was waiting. I was told the car would be ready in an hour. Since I am not a person who believes that it only takes an hour I gave extra time. I returned back at 12:40 PM to pick up my car and it was just being taken off the lift. But the owner had an appointment or an errand to run and had me wait until 1:30 to return back to the shop so I could pay for the car. So, I do my best to support “Us” but my time is as valuable just as theirs is, and I will not waste it for NO ONE! I will NOT be returning or recommending this business. You DO NOT do that to your customers.

Went to Village Auto Clinic for a complete new set of brakes & putting on a ride height sensors on my car. They took their time & made sure that everything was correctly & properly install, let alone have you my old brakes were completely rusty & beatup. No issues, car runs smooth & rides great. Will be going back if I am in need of any repair for my car. Staff was friendly, kind & very informative. Highly recommend.

I took my Land Rover to the dealership for diagnostics of a strange sound that has been occurring consistently and that no one including the dealership was able to figure out, and was skeptical of the assessment the dealer provided and the cost that they quoted for the repairs. I took my car to Village Auto Clinic for a second opinion, and through their diligence they quickly identified the issue and applied the repairs. Unlike the dealer who seem to have misidentified the issue after spending multiple days with the car, Village Auto Clinic’s integrity saved me a lot of money by identifying the true issue and providing the repairs at a much more affordable cost. I am overall extremely happy with their service, and will be taking my car to this shop for diagnostics and repairs moving forward, as opposed to the dealership who is supposed to have trained technicians. Village Auto Clinic seems to be more knowledgeable about these cars than the dealership is with their trained technicians.

After getting a quote for my brake and rotors from a mechanic I am familiar with. I chose to dig deeper for a second opinion. I found Village Auto online through a Google search, and I decided to check them out. What came of it was an honorable, honest, and quick service with a price that was less than my original shop. Roger put my car on the lift, showed me exactly what needed to be done, and called multiple parts suppliers in front of me to assure I was getting the best price. That immediately showed me that this business had nothing to hide. This was super helpful and anxiety-reducing. This is a professional business that I will continue to come to for anything auto-related that they cover. I highly recommend.

Dont go they cant even do a wheel Alignment you think I would trust them to fix anything else on my car. Dont recommend
